2. User-Generated Map Data
Monarcha enables users to create, upload, edit, and share spatial content, including points, polygons, layers, custom datasets, annotations, and map notes. This user-generated map data may be stored on our servers and associated with your user account. Depending on your project settings, this content may be private, visible to collaborators, or publicly viewable. We recommend that users avoid including personally sensitive location data unless necessary. You can delete your own user-generated content at any time. If you require full removal, contact us at founders@monarcha.ai.

We do not sell your personal data.
4. How We Share Information

- In connection with a business transaction (e.g. merger or acquisition)
We require all third-party partners to follow strict data security and confidentiality standards.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal and usage data as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill legal or operational obligations. User-generated content is retained until deleted by you or upon request. Usage logs and analytics may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form for platform optimization and monitoring.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard security practices (including encryption, access control, and logging) to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
